The site includes 8 seven-floor buildings with three underground levels located in wooded grounds. There are three large interior courtyards. The site has its own internal access road for deliveries and emergency service access. The gross floor area is around 22,227 m² including 20,730 m² of usable office space. The occupation of the building is varied. Some of the buildings are leased in their entirety, some have vacant floors and others are entirely vacant. The projected works range from rehabilitation to renovation. Specific focus has been applied to technical aspects.
