SCI Toulouse Basso Cambo – Le Square represented by SPIE Batignolles Immobilier has decided to commission the construction of an office complex in the Basso-Cambo commercial zone on the corner of route Saint Simon and rue Roger Camboulives. This is an exceptional and remarkable location at the entrance to the city for such an office project: opposite one of Toulouse's urban parks, surrounded by preserved woodland and bounded by the broad riparian woodland of the Mirail stream, the project maintains a close relationship with these precious natural spaces. The operation has been developed around a highly ambitious economic concept with a high level of flexibility to allow the works to be partitioned right from the start. The underground car-park is naturally ventilated and participates in the spread of the site's vegetation through its patios planted with large trees.
