The overall aim of the design approach was to bring the building into full compliance with modern standards and adapt the surfaces and volumes for use as a modern "PREMIUM" office building in the Parisian Central Business District. Perspectives are the project's key theme. Outside views and natural lighting were accentuated by the reflections from the mirrors and "feedback" effects ln the heart of the building. The building's original character has been preserved and highlighted. The building is occupied by the Paris offices of Deutsche Bank.
