56 years after the construction of the Euler offices building, Eurosic signed the contract for its first complete renovation with Bouchaud Architects. The building has 9 floors and two complete basement levels. It has three façades: one on rue Euler, one on rue Bassano and the third on the corner of the two streets. The building is organised around a large interior courtyard above a glass-roof and a planted terrace. The project also aimed to bring the building up to date with current standards and was completed and delivered in April 2015. It now has low energy consumption classification as well as LEED Platinum and BREEAM Very Good certification and an applied HQE approach. The building is occupied by Olivier Wyman SNC and Eurosic as well as the Arnault – LVMH Group.
